Black Pepper Beef (Sapi Lada Hitam)
Ingredients:
- 1/5 kg beef, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/5 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 hot chili peppers, sliced
- Salt, sugar, soy sauce, and Saori black pepper seasoning to taste

Prepare the Beef: Rinse the beef and cut it into thin strips. Marinate the beef with soy sauce and a meat tenderizer for 5 minutes.

Sauté the Aromatics: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Sauté the sliced garlic and hot chili peppers until fragrant. Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper, cooking until the onion becomes slightly translucent.

Cook the Beef: Add the marinated beef to the pan. Stir well to combine with the aromatics. Season with salt, sugar, soy sauce, and Saori black pepper seasoning. Stir until the seasonings are evenly distributed. Add a small amount of water to help the flavors meld together.

Simmer and Serve: Continue to cook until the sauce thickens and coats the beef. Once the sauce has reduced to your desired consistency, remove from heat and serve.
