Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • Banana leaves or aluminum foil (for wrapping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:

    • Clean the chicken breast thoroughly with lime to remove any odor. Filet the chicken and chop it finely or blend it into a smooth paste.
  2. Prepare the Carrots:

    • Finely chop the carrots and mix them with the chopped chicken.
  3. Prepare the Seasoning:

    • In a blender or mortar and pestle, grind the garlic, shallots, pepper, salt, and sugar until smooth. Combine this seasoning mixture with the chicken and carrots. Add one beaten egg to the mixture and mix well. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
