- A small carrot
- A few green beans
- Sambal sauce (optional)
- Tomato sauce (optional)
- Saori oyster sauce (optional)
- Saori teriyaki sauce (optional)

Instructions:
-
Prepare the Ingredients: Slice all the seasoning ingredients. Finely chop the shallots, garlic, and tomato. Slice the red and green chilies if using. Thinly slice the carrot and trim the green beans.
-
Sauté the Aromatics: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Sauté the shallots, garlic, tomato, and chilies (if using) until fragrant and golden.
-
Cook the Vegetables and Beef: Add the sliced carrot, green beans, and the pre-cooked beef to the pan. Pour in approximately one cup of water. Stir well to combine.
-
Season the Dish: Add a pinch of salt and a small amount of sugar to balance the flavors. Incorporate a splash of Saori oyster sauce, Saori teriyaki sauce, and a little soy sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste. If desired, add a bit of sambal sauce and tomato sauce for additional flavor.
-
Simmer and Adjust: Allow the mixture to simmer until the carrots become tender and the water has reduced slightly. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
-
Finish and Serve: Add the sliced onion just before finishing the cooking process, allowing it to remain crisp. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
