Ingredients:

  • 1 package beef rolls
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 shallots
  • 10 Thai bird chilies
  • Black pepper powder, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in water
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
