- 3 bundles of makope (cut into sections and boiled)
- 150 grams minced chicken
- 100 ml hot water

- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3 curly red chilies, finely minced
- 5 shallots, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chicken bouillon powder to taste
- A pinch of sugar
