Tumis Daging Super Pedas (Spicy Beef Stir-Fry)

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of beef

    • 1 clove garlic
    • 2 shallots
    • 10 curly red chilies
    • 5 bird’s eye chilies
  • Oil (for sautéing)

Instructions:
