Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken burger patties (brand: Cha*p)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 bunch of green mustard greens

For the Sauce:

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • A pinch of salt, sugar, and pepper
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 4 tablespoons water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken Patties:

    • Heat a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken burger patties until they turn golden brown. Once cooked, set them aside.
