Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder

- Clean the chicken thoroughly and cut it into 2 or 3 pieces.
- Briefly boil the chicken to remove excess fat, then drain and set aside.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the crispy chicken flour mix with water to form a thick batter. Set aside some of the flour mix for later.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the batter, ensuring it is well-coated.
- Roll the coated chicken pieces in the reserved dry flour mix. Gently tap off any excess flour to create a crinkly texture.

- Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer over medium heat.
