Crispy Chicken Sausage Roll-Ups
Chicken Sausage Roll Sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of white bread
- 4 chicken sausages
- 1 egg
- Bread crumbs
- Oil, for frying
Instructions:
- 
Prepare the Sausages: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken sausages until they are fully cooked and lightly browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Assemble the Rolls: Take each slice of white bread and gently flatten it with your hands or a rolling pin. Place a cooked sausage on each slice of bread. Roll the bread around the sausage tightly and press the edges to seal. Use a bit of the beaten egg to help the bread stick together.

Coat the Rolls: Beat the egg in a bowl. Dip each bread roll into the beaten egg, ensuring it is completely coated.

Bread the Rolls: Roll the egg-coated bread rolls in bread crumbs, making sure they are evenly covered.

Fry the Rolls: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the bread rolls in batches, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides.

Drain and Serve: Remove the rolls from the pan and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve warm and enjoy!
