Telor Ceplok Asam Jawa

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs (or more if desired)
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 shallots
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 3 tablespoons tamarind water
  • Salt, sugar, and seasoning to taste
