Ingredients:

  • 8 shallots, finely sliced (for a deeper flavor)
  • 5 small chili peppers, sliced
  • 1 small ripe tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons dried shrimp or rebon (small dried shrimp)
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt or masako (seasoning)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Instructions:
