Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 100 grams kimchi (or more, to taste)
- 1 stalk green onion
- Red chili pepper, to taste (optional, omit if serving to children)
- Salt, to taste
- Oil for frying

- Finely chop the green onion.
- Cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces, ensuring to select a halal variety if needed.
- If using, slice the red chili pepper into thin rings.

- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs thoroughly.
- Add the chopped green onion, a pinch of salt, and red chili pepper (if using). Mix well to combine.

- Gently fold the cut kimchi into the egg mixture, ensuring even distribution.

- Heat a generous amount of oil in a skillet over low to medium heat.
