- 3 chicken livers
- 100 ml fresh coconut milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 stalk green onion
- 3 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tomato
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Beef bouillon powder, to taste
- Ground nutmeg, to taste

Prepare the Chicken Livers: Begin by boiling the chicken livers until thoroughly cooked. Once done, drain them and cut into small pieces.

Mix Ingredients: In a heat-resistant bowl, combine the chicken livers with fresh coconut milk, egg, finely chopped green onion, minced shallots, minced garlic, and bay leaf. If using, also add the diced tomato.

Season to Taste: Add salt, pepper, beef bouillon powder, and ground nutmeg to the mixture according to your preference. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Steam: Cover the bowl with a lid or foil and steam the mixture for approximately 30 minutes. The steaming process helps meld the flavors together and ensures the egg is fully cooked.
