Stir-Fried Green Beans with Eggs and Sausages
Ingredients:

- 300 grams green beans
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 sausages, sliced on the diagonal
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed

- Sugar, to taste
- Water, as needed

Prepare Ingredients: Begin by washing the green beans thoroughly and cutting them into bite-sized pieces. Slice the sausages diagonally. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the sausages until they are cooked through. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
