Orak Arik Telur with Spicy Savory Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 5 chicken eggs
  • 2 large red chilies
  • 2 large green chilies
  • 1 tomato
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 onion (Bombay)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation Steps:

  1. Scramble the eggs over medium heat, adding a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor. Set aside.
  2. Finely chop the garlic, onion, red chilies, and green chilies. Dice the tomato into small cubes.
  3. Heat a pan and add a little oil or butter for sautéing, according to your preference.
  4. Add the chopped garlic and onion to the pan and sauté over medium heat until fragrant. There is no need to brown them.
  5. Add the chopped red and green chilies to the pan. Stir and cook until the aroma becomes fragrant. Reduce the heat.
