Sapo Tahu with Salted Egg Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of tofu, cut into 2 cm cubes
  • 2 salted egg yolks, finely mashed
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil for sautéing
  • 5-6 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Cut the tofu into 2 cm cubes. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden brown and crispy. Once cooked, remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.
