Orak-Arik Telor: A Flavorful Indonesian Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, cut into matchstick pieces
  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 3 green beans, sliced on the diagonal
  • 1 egg
  • 2 sausages, sliced on the diagonal

For the Spice Paste:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Water, as needed
  • Seasoning (optional), to taste

Instructions:
