Teriyaki Tofu and Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 packet teriyaki sauce
- 4 pieces of tofu, fried
- 4 meatballs, sliced
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- Sugar, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Water, as needed
- Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- 
Prepare the Aromatics: 
 In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the minced garlic until it becomes fragrant and golden brown.
- 
Scramble the Egg: 
 Crack the egg into the skillet and scramble it with the garlic until fully cooked.
- 
Cook the Meatballs: 
 Add the sliced meatballs to the skillet and cook until they start to brown.
- 
Combine Ingredients: 
 Pour in a small amount of water to deglaze the skillet. Then add the teriyaki sauce, followed by the fried tofu.

Season the Dish: 
 Stir in the soy sauce and sweet soy sauce. Adjust the seasoning with sugar and salt according to your taste.

Simmer: 
 Cook the mixture over medium heat until the meatballs are cooked through and the tofu has absorbed the flavors.

Garnish: 
 If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top before serving.
