Tahu and Bean Sprouts Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 4 blocks of firm tofu
  • Bean sprouts (as needed)
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 red chili peppers
  • Sugar (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Start by thoroughly washing the bean sprouts. Next, soak the tofu in hot or warm water to soften it, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Wash and slice the carrot into thin strips. Peel and finely chop the shallots and garlic. Slice the red chili peppers into thin rings.

  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a small amount of oil. Sauté the shallots, garlic, and red chili peppers until they become fragrant and golden brown.
