Tahu Kemangi Ungkep
Ingredients:
- 10 pieces of raw white tofu
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 shallots
- 3 bird’s eye chilies
- 1 egg
- 1 tomato
- 1 bunch of basil leaves (kemangi)
- Seasoning mix (Masako)
- Salt to taste
- Shrimp paste (terasi)

Prepare the Aromatics: - Finely chop the garlic, shallots, and bird’s eye chilies. Set aside.

Prepare the Tofu: - Gently crush the raw tofu with your hands or a fork until it’s in small crumbles.

Combine Ingredients: - In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped garlic, shallots, chilies, and crushed tofu. Mix well.
- Beat the egg and add it to the tofu mixture. Stir to incorporate.
