Ingredients:
- 2 blocks of tofu
- 4 raw eggs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of high-quality petis (fermented shrimp paste)
- 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter (without added sugar or other ingredients)
- Bean sprouts (optional, preferably short-tail variety)
- Fried shallots (optional, to taste)
- Fresh chili (to taste)
- Room temperature water (as needed)
Instructions:

- Heat oil in a pan for frying. Cut the tofu into cubes and fry until golden and crispy on the outside. Drain and set aside.
