Tumis Telor Ceplok: A Flavorful Indonesian Stir-Fried Fried Egg Delight

- 3 large eggs
- 1 clove garlic

- 1/2 medium yellow onion
- 2 red bird’s eye chilies
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
