Tahu Bakso Ayam: A Delicious Fusion of Tofu and Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 pack of fried tofu (approximately 10 pieces)
- 250 grams of chicken breast (or any preferred cut, boneless)
- 3 tablespoons tapioca flour
- 1 small egg
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Thinly sliced celery leaves
- Thinly sliced scallions
For the coating:
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons water

- In a food processor or blender, combine the chicken, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Mix in the Vegetables and Flour:
- Add the thinly sliced celery leaves and scallions to the chicken mixture. Mix well.
- Stir in the tapioca flour until the mixture is uniform. The consistency should be thick but not too runny.
