Oyong Egg Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large oyong (choose one that is young and fresh)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed and finely chopped
  • Sugar, salt, and seasoning to taste
  • Water, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Peel the oyong, wash it thoroughly, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the egg to the pan, scrambling it until fully cooked.
  4. Incorporate the chopped oyong and pour in enough water to cover the ingredients.
