Ingredients:
- 3 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- 1 carrot, diced
- Tofu (quantity as needed)
- Cooking oil (quantity as needed)
- 100 grams all-purpose flour
- Seasoning: Masako (or similar seasoning), sugar, and salt to taste
