Simple and Delicious Tahu Telor

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of tofu
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 small red chilies, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon mushroom seasoning
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tofu: Begin by mashing the tofu until it has a coarse texture. Add the sliced green onion, optional red chilies, mushroom seasoning, and salt. Mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients evenly.

  2. Incorporate the Egg: Pour the beaten egg into the tofu mixture. Stir well until the egg is fully incorporated and evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

  3. Cook the Mixture: Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil if needed. Pour the tofu and egg mixture into the pan. Spread it out evenly and cook until the bottom is golden brown and slightly crispy, about 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until it is also golden brown and crispy.

  4. Serve: Remove the cooked tofu from the pan and place it on a plate. Cut into pieces and serve warm.
