Maklor: Savory Macaroni and Egg Delight

Ingredients:

  • 100 grams macaroni
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt or soy sauce
  • Instant seasoning (such as Indofood, to taste)
  • Water, as needed
  • Cooking oil, as needed

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Macaroni:

    • Begin by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Add a splash of cooking oil and the salt to the boiling water.
    • Add the macaroni to the pot and cook until the macaroni is tender but still has a slight bite to it. Drain the cooked macaroni and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Eggs:

    • In a bowl, beat the eggs until well mixed. Add a pinch of salt or a dash of soy sauce to the eggs, adjusting the seasoning to your taste.
  3. Cook the Macaroni:

    • Repeat the process with the remaining macaroni and beaten eggs.
  4. Season and Serve:

    • Once all the macaroni and eggs are cooked, use a fork to break up and mix the ingredients thoroughly in the skillet.
    • Add your preferred instant seasoning, such as Indofood, to taste, and mix well.
