Dadar Telur Kubis (Cabbage Omelette)
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons finely sliced cabbage
- 2 large eggs
- 1 clove garlic, crushed and finely sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 stalk green onion, thinly sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Seasoning, to taste
- For serving: Terasi sambal (shrimp paste chili sauce)
