Instructions
- Begin by finely chopping the garlic and bird’s eye chili. Heat the corn oil in a pan over medium heat, then sauté the garlic and chili until fragrant.
- Add the lean ground beef to the pan and stir-fry until it changes color, ensuring it’s cooked through.
