Semur Tahu Telur

| Toasted coriander seeds | 1/2 tsp | 
| Toasted candlenuts | 5 pieces | 
| Aromatics: | |
| Lemongrass, bruised | 1 stalk | 
| Galangal, bruised | 1 segment | 
| Bay leaves | 2 leaves | 
| Salt, sweet soy sauce & Royco | To taste |

Sauté the Aromatics: In a pan, heat oil and sauté the finely chopped spice blend and aromatics until fragrant and thoroughly cooked, ensuring no raw smell remains.

Add Liquids and Season: Pour in the water, then season with salt, sweet soy sauce, and Royco. Mix well and adjust to taste.
