Kari Telur Tahu Ala Rumahan
Ingredients

| Firm tofu (cut into triangles, fried) | 3 pieces | 
| Coconut milk | 200 ml | 
| Fried shallots | To taste |

| Shallots | 5 shallots | 
| Black pepper | 1 tsp | 
| Salt | ½ tsp | 
| Turmeric (fresh) | 1 small piece | 
| Galangal (fresh) | 1 small piece | 
| Lemongrass | 2 stalks | 
| Kaffir lime leaves | 3 leaves | 
| Bay leaves | 2 leaves | 
| Candlenuts | 2 nuts | 
| Red curly chili peppers | 3 pieces | 
| Sugar | To taste | 
| Bouillon powder | To taste | 
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients from Bahan B, excluding the kaffir lime and bay leaves, until smooth.
- In a skillet, heat a sufficient amount of oil over medium heat, then sauté the blended spices until fragrant.
- Add the fried eggs and tofu to the skillet, stirring gently to combine.
- Pour in the coconut milk and, if desired, add bouillon powder for extra flavor.
- Allow the mixture to simmer until it reduces by half, achieving a thick, rich consistency.
- Turn off the heat, serve in bowls, and garnish with fried shallots on top.
