Delve into the delightful fusion of flavors with this Tahu Telur Puyuh Goreng, a savory dish that combines soft tofu and quail eggs, perfect for any mealtime.

Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Large White Tofu 1 piece
Quail Eggs (boiled and peeled) 12 pieces
Chicken Egg 1 piece
Carrot (diced) 1 piece
Green Onion (finely chopped) 1 piece
Ground Pepper 0.5 teaspoon
Garlic Powder 0.5 teaspoon
Chicken Flavor Seasoning 0.5 packet
Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by mashing the large white tofu in a bowl using a fork until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the chicken egg and mix in the ground pepper, garlic powder, chicken seasoning, and salt until well combined.
  3. Incorporate the egg mixture into the mashed tofu, followed by the diced carrot and chopped green onion. Stir until everything is evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a mold of your choice; a loaf pan works wonderfully. Gently press the boiled quail eggs into the mixture.
  5. Steam the tofu mixture for approximately 20 minutes until it is fully cooked and set.
  6. Once steamed, beat another chicken egg for coating. Dip the steamed tofu mixture in the egg before frying.
  7. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the coated tofu until golden and crispy on all sides.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy this ultimate dish!

This recipe beautifully marries textures and flavors, making it a perfect addition to your culinary repertoire. Enjoy!
