Instructions
- Begin by preparing the sawi hijau; chop it according to your preference, then rinse thoroughly to remove any dirt.
- Next, peel and wash the wortel. Slice the carrot to your desired thickness.
- Rinse the tahu, then cut it into cubes or slices based on your preference.
- For the aromatics, peel the bawang merah and bawang putih, then wash and finely chop them.
- Heat the minyak in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the chopped bawang merah and bawang putih. Sauté until fragrant and slightly golden.
