Instructions

Prepare the Mejikom: Start by heating your Mejikom and set it to COOK. Allow it to warm up slightly before adding a bit of cooking oil.

Prepare the Tofu: Cut the tofu into small cubes. Once the Mejikom is hot, add the tofu and fry until it becomes slightly dry and golden.

Chop the Vegetables: While the tofu is frying, chop the green beans, slice the red onion and garlic, and thinly slice the chilies and tomato. Set these aside.

Sauté Aromatics: After the tofu is done, remove it from the Mejikom. In the same pot, add the chopped red onion and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

Add Chilies and Tomato: Add the sliced chilies and tomato to the aromatics. Cook until they are soft and aromatic.

Incorporate Green Beans: Add the chopped green beans and a splash of boiled water. Cover and let it cook until the beans are tender.
