Rolade Ayam Tahu isi Sosis
Ingredients

| Salt | 1 teaspoon | 
| Ground pepper | To taste | 
| Sausages (cut lengthwise) | 4 pieces | 
| Thin omelettes | 2 (made from the reserved yolk) | 
Instructions
- Prepare the Omelettes: Make two thin omelettes, setting them aside.
- Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine the pressed tofu, diced chicken, egg white, tapioca flour, red onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Assemble the Rolade: Lay one omelette on a sheet of aluminum foil. Spread half of the tofu and chicken mixture over the omelette, smoothing it out evenly.
- Add the Sausages: Place the lengthwise-cut sausages along the edge of the mixture.
- Roll and Seal: Carefully roll the omelette, tucking in the sides as you go, and secure the ends by tying them with the foil. Repeat this process for the remaining mixture and ingredients.
- Steam the Rolade: Place the rolls in a steamer and cook over boiling water for about 15 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
