Instructions
- Begin by washing all the spices and vegetables thoroughly, then slice the tomatoes, bird’s eye chilies, garlic, and shallots into fine pieces.
- Boil the quail eggs until fully cooked. Once done, cool them and set aside.
- In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add the diced tofu and fry until half-cooked, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté all the sliced spices until fragrant. Next, add the sliced sausages and stir-fry until they begin to brown.
- Gently add the boiled quail eggs and tofu back into the pan, mixing everything thoroughly. Season with sugar and salt, adjusting to your taste.
- Pour in 1/2 cup of water, stirring to combine. Let the mixture cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
