Sweet and Sour Shrimp with Carrots and Tofu

Instructions
- In a skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium heat and sauté the shallots, garlic, and onion until fragrant and translucent.
- Add the shrimp and sliced carrots, stirring until the shrimp turns pink and the carrots soften slightly.
- Pour in the water and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, gently add the cubed tofu.
- Stir in the chili sauce, ketchup, and oyster sauce, seasoning with salt, ground black pepper, and flavor enhancer to taste.
- Once everything is well combined and heated through, turn off the heat.
- Serve the sweet and sour shrimp, carrots, and tofu hot alongside steaming white rice for the ultimate dining experience.
Note: For added texture, lightly fry the tofu until golden and semi-crispy before adding it to the dish. Enjoy!
