Bandeng Cabe Ijo (Green Chili Milkfish)
Ingredients:

| 1/2 kg | Ikan bandeng (milkfish), cleaned and cut into pieces | 
| 10 | Cabe rawit ijo (green bird’s eye chili), chopped | 
| 5 | Cabe ijo besar (large green chili), chopped | 
| 3 | Cabe ijo keriting (curly green chili), chopped | 
| 3 | Tomat hijau (green tomatoes), chopped (optional) | 
| 100 ml | Water | 
| To taste | Garam (salt), gula (sugar), lada (pepper) |

Instructions:

Begin by cleaning the ikan bandeng, then cut it into desired pieces. Fry the fish in hot oil until golden brown and set aside.

In a separate pan, sauté the ground spices until fragrant. Then add the water and bring to a simmer.

Incorporate the fried fish along with the chopped chiles and optional green tomatoes into the pan. Season with salt, sugar, and pepper to taste.

Stir well to combine all the ingredients and adjust the seasoning as needed.
