| Lemongrass | 2 stalks |
| Galangal | 1 thumb-sized piece |
| Turmeric | 1 thumb-sized piece |
| Ginger | 1 thumb-sized piece |
| Green onion | 5 stalks |
| Water | 1 liter |
| Salt | to taste |
| Granulated sugar | to taste |
Instructions
- Prepare the Fish: Clean the patin fish thoroughly and marinate with lime juice.
