Ingredients

| Firm tofu | 5 medium pieces, cubed |
| All-purpose flour | To coat the tofu |

| Curly red chilies | 5, sliced |

Instructions
- Begin by cutting the tofu into medium-sized cubes and then either roll or sprinkle them with all-purpose flour until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the tofu until golden brown. Once done, remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed, and sauté the chopped garlic, curly red chilies, and bird’s eye chilies until fragrant.
- Arrange the fried tofu on a serving plate and generously top it with the sautéed garlic and chili mixture. Season with salt according to your taste.
