Sambal Tempe Bosok

Instructions:
- Begin by cutting the tempe semangit into smaller pieces and steaming it for approximately 30 minutes until tender.
- While the tempe is steaming, rinse the lemongrass, shallots, chilies, kencur, and ginger under running water to remove any impurities.
- Once the tempe is cooked, mash it together with all the prepared ingredients using a mortar and pestle until you achieve a well-blended mixture. Season with salt to taste.
