Prepare the Mixture: In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and then add the mashed tofu, chopped cabbage, and sliced green onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Gradually incorporate the all-purpose seasoning flour and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch until well combined.

Make the Sauce: In another pan, heat a little oil and sauté the sliced onion and crushed garlic until fragrant and soft. Add the sliced bird’s eye chilies (if using) and sauté briefly.
