Tofu with Spices Recipe (Tahu Bumbu)
Ingredients

Instructions
- 
Prepare the tofu: - Cut the white tofu into small cubes for easy frying.

Fry the tofu: Related Articles- Heat cooking oil in a pan.
- Fry the tofu cubes until they turn golden brown, then remove from the pan and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Prepare the vegetables: - Slice the carrots diagonally for a visually appealing cut.
- Cut the mustard greens into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the beef meatballs into your desired thickness for even cooking.

Prepare the aromatics: - Peel the garlic cloves, crush them slightly to release their oils, and finely chop them.
