Sweet and Sour Shrimp with Tofu (Udang Tahu Asam Manis)

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Medium shrimp 250 grams, peeled
Firm tofu 2 pieces, diced
Red onions 3 cloves, sliced
Garlic 2 cloves, crushed
Tomato sauce 1 teaspoon
Chili sauce 1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
Salt To taste
Sugar To taste
Chicken bouillon powder To taste
Water As needed
Lime juice From 1 lime

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Shrimp: In a bowl, marinate the peeled shrimp with lime juice, letting it sit for 5 minutes. Rinse and set aside.
