Martabak Telur Tahu Putih 💕

Ingredients

Large Tofu 1
Eggs 2-3 (3 for extra flavor)
Medium Green Onions 4
Celery Leaves (optional) To taste
Carrot 1
Seasoning
Garlic (minced) 2 cloves
Oyster Sauce 1/2 tablespoon
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Begin by thinly slicing the green onions and celery. Dice the carrot into small cubes and thoroughly mash the tofu until smooth.

  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sliced green onions, celery, diced carrot, minced garlic, and mashed tofu. Add the oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

  3. Assemble the Martabak: Take a spring roll wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the tofu mixture in the center. Fold the wrapper into a square, ensuring the filling is securely encased. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used.

  4. Cooking: Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Fry the assembled martabak until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
