Coriander 1 tablespoon
Ground black pepper 1/2 package
Cooking oil For frying

Instructions

  1. Blend the Chicken: Start by blending the chicken breast with half a cup of water until smooth. Add the bread crumbs and salt, mixing thoroughly.

  2. Incorporate Spices: Next, blend the garlic, coriander, and ground black pepper into a fine paste. Add this spice mixture to the chicken blend.

  3. Combine with Tempeh: In a large bowl, combine the blended chicken mixture with the mashed tempeh. Gently fold in the chopped celery leaves and green onions until evenly distributed.

  4. Fry the Mixture: Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Form the tempeh and chicken mixture into small patties or balls. Fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy on the outside, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  5. Serve: Once cooked, remove the patties from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your choice of sauce or sambal.
