Instructions
- Prepare the Tempe: Slice the tempe thinly or to your desired thickness.
- Make the Spice Mixture: Blend the coriander, turmeric, garlic, and salt until smooth. Combine this blend with the all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl, adding the sliced celery and enough water to create a batter. Adjust salt to taste if necessary.
- Coat the Tempe: Dip each piece of tempe into the batter, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Fry the Tempe: Heat oil in a pan until hot. Carefully add the coated tempe slices one by one. Fry until golden brown and crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
