Spicy Stir-Fried Tempe and Meatballs (Tumis Pedas Tempe Bakso)

Beef Meatballs 4 pieces
Long Green Beans 4 pieces
Onion 1 (sliced)
Sweet Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Ground Spices:
Red Shallots 4 cloves
Garlic 3 cloves
Curly Red Chilies 6 pieces
Bird’s Eye Chilies 8 pieces
Candlenut 1 piece
Salt to taste
Mushroom Broth Powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by slicing the tempe, beef meatballs, long green beans, and onion according to your preference. Lightly fry the tempe until golden, then set aside.

  2. In a pan, sauté the ground spices until fragrant, then add the beef meatballs, long green beans, and sliced onion, stirring to combine.

  3. Incorporate the previously fried tempe into the mixture and drizzle with sweet soy sauce. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
