Bali Tahu Tempe Recipe

Ingredients

4 small White tofu (kotak tahu putih) – fried
½ block Tempe – fried
6 cloves Shallots – thinly sliced
1 tbsp Palm sugar (gula merah)
1 Tomato – sliced
1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)

4 cloves Garlic
3 cloves Shallots
7 Curly red chilies (cabe keriting)
2 Large red chilies
2 segments Ginger (jahe)
2 segments Aromatic ginger (kencur)
