Ayam & Tempe Sweet and Sour
Ingredients:

| Chicken (cut into pieces) | 1/2 kg |
| Ginger (crushed) | 1 piece |
| Tempeh (cut into pieces) | 1 block |
| Garlic cloves | 3 cloves |
| Bird’s eye chili | 1 chili |
| Sugar | To taste |
| Salt | To taste |
| Sesame oil | 1 tablespoon |
| Oyster sauce | To taste |
| Tomato sauce | To taste |
| Tomato | 1 tomato, chopped |
| Water | As needed |
| Onion (sliced) | 3 cloves |
| Lime juice | 1 tablespoon |
| Ground black pepper | To taste |
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken and Tempeh:
- Cut the chicken and tempeh into bite-sized pieces.
- Boil the chicken in water until it’s fully cooked and tender. Set aside.

Make the Sweet and Sour Sauce:
